塑殼(ke)(ke)斷路器是用來分配電(dian)(dian)能(neng)和保護線路及電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)設備受過載、短路、 欠電(dian)(dian)壓等故障的(de)損壞,而的(de)基本(ben)、的(de)重要的(de)功能(neng)是正(zheng)確動(dong)作并(bing)迅速切除(chu)電(dian)(dian)網(wang)故障,塑殼(ke)(ke)斷路器的(de)操(cao)動(dong)失(shi)靈通常表現(xian)為以下兩種形式:拖動(dong)和誤動(dong)。若斷路器發生拖動(dong)或誤動(dong),將對電(dian)(dian)網(wang)構成(cheng)嚴重威脅,擴大事(shi)故影響范圍,可能(neng)還會造成(cheng)全廠停電(dian)(dian)。 操動失靈的(de)原因: 1.操動機構缺陷。 操(cao)動機(ji)(ji)構(gou)包(bao)括電(dian)磁(ci)機(ji)(ji)構(gou)、彈(dan)簧機(ji)(ji)構(gou)和液(ye)壓機(ji)(ji)構(gou)。對電(dian)磁(ci)與(yu)彈(dan)簧機(ji)(ji)構(gou),其(qi)機(ji)(ji)構(gou)機(ji)(ji)械(xie)故(gu)障的主(zhu)要原(yuan)因(yin)是卡澀不(bu)靈活。另一個原(yuan)因(yin)是鎖扣調整不(bu)當。對液(ye)壓機(ji)(ji)構(gou),其(qi)機(ji)(ji)械(xie)故(gu)障主(zhu)要是密封不(bu)良造成的,因(yin)此保證(zheng)高油壓部位密封可(ke)靠是特別(bie)重要的。 2.塑殼斷路器本體的機械(xie)缺陷 造成斷路器本體操動失靈的缺陷,其(qi)中(zhong)包(bao)括瓷瓶損(sun)(sun)壞(huai)、連接部(bu)(bu)位松動,零部(bu)(bu)件損(sun)(sun)壞(huai)和(he)異物卡(ka)澀等。 3.操作(控制)電源缺陷 在操(cao)(cao)作(zuo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)缺陷中(zhong),操(cao)(cao)作(zuo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓不足是(shi)的(de)(de)常見的(de)(de)缺陷。其原因多半是(shi)由于電(dian)(dian)(dian)站采(cai)用交(jiao)流電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)經硅整流后作(zuo)操(cao)(cao)作(zuo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan),在系統發(fa)(fa)生(sheng)故障(zhang)時(shi),電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓大幅度(du)降低,或雖有(you)蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)池組(zu),但操(cao)(cao)作(zuo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)至斷路器處連線壓降太大,使(shi)實(shi)際操(cao)(cao)作(zuo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓低于規定的(de)(de)下限。例如某(mou)變電(dian)(dian)(dian)所因一條配電(dian)(dian)(dian)線路發(fa)(fa)生(sheng)故障(zhang),斷路器在重合時(shi)爆(bao)炸(zha)。 相應的預防措施(shi): 1.定期維護電磁與彈簧機構,防止出現卡澀、零部(bu)件損壞(huai)。 2.擰緊鎖扣處(chu)的螺釘,防止螺釘松(song)動、變位等(deng)故障。 3.保證(zheng)高油壓(ya)部位的密封性(xing) 4.檢查(cha)輔助開(kai)關(guan)、微動開(kai)關(guan)是否完好(hao),防止輔助開(kai)關(guan)不(bu)切換或接觸不(bu)良而造成(cheng)操作線圈燒(shao)壞和拒動。 5.及時檢修、更換(huan)鏈(lian)接部位(wei)零件(jian) 6.新建(jian)變電(dian)站建(jian)議采用蓄電(dian)池和儲能式作為(wei)操作電(dian)源。 |
